The Adagio Hostel is not a regular hostel, ‘it is like home’ where you can meet new friends. We have welcoming staff with good advices. You can use our common room with Cable TV and many movies in English, Free internet access available 24/7 to contact your family and friends, Clean and Shine Dormitories (6-8-10-12 beds) and Privates (2 beds). We also have a fully equipped kitchen with free coffe and tea.

The location and the public transportation are excellent. We are located in the heart of the city. 2 minutes walk from the yellow line metro station Oktogon, near to the international railway stations (Keleti railway station – 10 minutes, Nyugati railway station – 5 minutes). There are a lot of entertainment facilities in our neighborhood. Pubs, clubs, restaurants, and shops are near at hand!

Near at hand: Parlament – Parliament, St Stephen’s Basilica (Szent István-bazilika), Madách Theatre, Andrássy út, Hősök tere / Heroes Square, Hungarian National Museum, Art Gallery, Museum of Fine Arts, Mûcsarnok Exhibition Hall, Hungarian National State Opera House, House of Terror, Dohány Street Synagogue, Váci utca, Széchenyi Medicinal Bath, Rudas Medicinal Bath, Gellért Medicinal Bath. Westend City Center, and Aréna Pláza Mall, which are the biggest shopping centers in Hungary.

We could offer you three 5 Bedded dorms. On of them is with a balcony to the Andrássy avenue which is part of the World Heritage, so enjoy it. You could also check the Chain bridge on the wall if you are too tired to walk there, but it’s only 15 minutes walk from the Hostel so we think, you shouldn’t miss it! Just like the Széchenyi Bath which is the theme of our other 5 bedded dorm, and in the last one you can take a view of the Margaret Island. These are interesting in live also, so wake up and go there buddy!

This room is gorgeous with an amazing balcony to the Andrássy avenue, and a huge painting of the Heroes Square. I’m sure you gonna enyoj your stay in this room. You are next to the common area so if you want to see a movie or just play one with the X-box you only have to walk 3 meters. :) There is a table and some chairs in there so you can find some friend right here also, and you could discover the city together!

(it is about 40–50 minutes) Take the airport bus (Repter Bus Nr 200) which takes you to Kõbánya Kispest metro station, then switch to the blue metro (M3) for 10 stops to Deák Ferenc square. From there take the yellow line metro (M1) toward Mexikói út and travel to Oktogon (3 stops).

"Great location. Near of the main attractions of the city. Nice staff. The shared bathroom are the problem, because the shower is sometimes really hot or really cold, and it is difficult to wear clothes inside the box, as there is no distinction between male and female. I would go there again because of the location, just a few steps of the metro station. "
